2024 Yard Period Work:

Engine Room:

Full rebuild of engine blocks on Port and Stbd Generators
- New Winding end on port generator
- Replace all mounts under both generators
- PTO Pump and Clutch replaced on Port Generator
- Added computer readers that will display codes for any faults on both generators
Main engine injector seals all replaced
Turbo exhaust flap actuators replaced
Fuel Flow restrictors on port engine "bank B" replaced
New ECU on both Main engines replaced
Stbd engine computer box replaced (and spare unit onboard to replace Port)
Shore power converters replaced with Magnus units (Parker onboard for finishing of this project)
Alfa-Flow fuel purifying transfer pump completely rebuilt
Shore power cords on both sides replaced

Stabilizers:

Replaced high pressure hoses on both units
Replaced potentiometer on Port stabilizer fin system
Both rams, bearings, and pins on Port stabilizer fin system replaced

Watermakers:

Low pressure pumps for both watermakers replaced
Membranes on all watermakers (and spot zero system) replaced

Air Conditioning unit:

Installed HMI computer and re-programmed computer and operating system so system is new and up to date

Air Compressor:

Rebuilt in 2024

Dive compressor:

Rebuilt and certified
New frequency drive installed

Blackwater System: (All done by Headhunter certified technician)

Replaced Sym unit
Replaced hoses and filters throughout the system
Re-programmed and optimized timing of chem injection and processing

Anchor Windlass:

Rebuilt Stbd Anchor windlass and replaced failing internal mechanism parts
Port anchor windlass rebuilt and serviced in 2024

Water Heater:

Replaced old system with standing 250 Gallon tank
Replaced both hot water circulating pumps

Interior:

Replaced and re-programmed the motors on all blinds in interior spaces
Replaced Galley Ice Maker
240V UPS battery backup system installed boatwide

Exterior Guest:

Replaced main deck aft TV

Bridge:

Repaired port VHF radio so it can transmit and receive
Replaced missing single sideband whip and made it functional again to meet flag state and class standards
Fixed input issues for GPS heading and location data into Nav equipment
Installed new Anemometer (none onboard previously) to get accurate wind and barometric pressure date
Repaired vessel wide "B&G" system that provides most accurate wind data and pulls the data for the bow and stern echo sounders to provide more accurate depth for vessel

Jetskiis:

All four engine mounts on both jetskiis replaced

Davit:

All Hydraulic lines replaced
Emergency backup hydraulic pump rebuilt
